Abby showed up to daycare this morning without a coat and shoes. The weather was cool, but wasn't cold enough for us to insist on the coat, but.....April Fools!
By 4:00 PM today I am watching the strangest weather develop outside my office window. We are watching and hearing a thunderstorm situation with very heavy snow, hail, graupel, thunder, and lightning over the western sections of Denver. Snow is coming down fast, heavy, and sideways. The sky rumbles every few minutes. Visibility is nearly non-existent.
People are starting to head home. These types of freak storms seem to always like to hit right before rush hour!
Paul is on his way to pick up Abby and me. Time to go home and stay inside for the rest of the night.
